We left Boothbay Harbor at 10am 9-10-12 heading for Wentworth by the sea.  Approximately an hour Later we left Seguin Island off our Starboard side.  We were between 3 and 5 miles off shore for the next 6 hours.  Winds were about 5kts when we left but as we got further south they stiffened to about 15kts. Seas were 1 to 2 feet. Wentworth is about 80 miles from Boothbay Harbor.  We saw several seals, fishing boats and unusual ocean sunfish maybe 100lbs.  The last picture is near the entrance to the marina.

9-10-12

It's the week before I start taking my boat south for the winter and I'm beginning to get the willies!

Bill Neumann arrived Tuesday nite so I guess we're doing it.  The weather has not been cooperating. There are two hurricanes in the atlantic "Leslie and  "Michael"  and the remnants of  "Izaac".  We planned on setting out on Saturday 9-8
but moved it to Monday the 11th. Everybody in the Bar thinks we're making it up.  First stop Wentworth by the Sea tomorrow.
